The name is obtained in the current Revit language.

Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions ArgumentException UnitSymbolType cannot be None.
Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions ArgumentOutOfRangeException A value passed for an enumeration argument is not a member of that enumeration
