Remarks This method creates an Adaptive FamilyInstance and its PointElement references. The references can be accessed by methods like GetInstancePointElementRefIds(). The PointElement references can be moved, rehosted or manipulated just like any other PointElements. The FamilyInstance would then 'adapt' to these references.
