CreateStyle Method (ExporterIFC, IFCAnyHandle)

Creates and populates an IfcStyledItem for an IfcRepresentationItem with a IfcSurfaceStyle, IfcCurveStyle, and/or an IfcFillStyle, and assigns them to the file.
