Parameters

document
Type: Autodesk.Revit.DB Document
The document that owns the elements.
elementToRotate
Type: Autodesk.Revit.DB ElementId
The element to rotate.
axis

The axis of rotation.

Type: System Double
The angle of rotation in radians.
