The value to convert.
unitTypeId

Exception Condition
Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions ArgumentException The given value for value is not finite -or- unitTypeId is not a unit identifier. See UnitUtils.IsUnit(ForgeTypeId) and UnitUtils.GetUnitTypeId(DisplayUnitType).
