Gets the BuiltInParameter value corresponding to built-in parameter identified by the given ForgeTypeId.

Exception Condition
Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions ArgumentException parameterTypeId is not a built-in parameter identifier. See IsBuiltInParameter(ForgeTypeId) and GetParameterTypeId(BuiltInParameter).
