Remarks

For a RebarInSystem for which individual bars can't be edited (the ones owned by AreaReinforcement) the identity transform is returned.

Exception	Condition
Autodesk.Revit.ExceptionsArgumentOutOfRangeException	barPositionIndex is not in the range [ 0, NumberOfBarPositions-1 ].
