Document where the settings will be created.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions ArgumentException name is an empty string or contains only whitespace. -or- name cannot include prohibited characters. -or- Setting name.
Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions ArgumentNullException A non-optional argument was null
