Document where the settings will be created.

Exception Condition
Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions ArgumentException name is an empty string or contains only whitespace. -or- name cannot include prohibited characters, such as "{, }, [, ], |, ;, less-than sign, greater-than sign, ?, `, ~". -or- Setting name.
